Nice shirt!! I leave the critique of the smile to others.
Not a great deal of difference ....I wouldn’t like to see you scowl!
Truly I am frightening, it's a professional thing.
Ha dude you look like my brother from another mother. I don't smile either, horrible teeth. What's your excuse?
Never felt natural. All my life photographers tried to get me to "Smile!" That's the best I can do. I look like an idiot "smiling" for the camera with my teeth, grinning.
Actually I look like Zero Mostel, now I come to think about it.
Nothing greater than a level 8er

Nothing finer than a level 9er
showoff... the lot of ya.... next time show your teeth in a smile pic
Hey, what is this seeming obsession with having to show ones teeth when smiling?
In some human cultures, and in the animal world as well, showing teeth is a sign of aggression NOT one of friendship.
@Triphid well it is only a sign of aggression when they do it a certain way... humans can present their teeth in an aggressive manner too... though we don't need to as our frowns convey enough.
That makes me look like I'm grimacing. For some people, it's just not natural to "grin" for a picture. Don't know what to tell ya.
@Paul4747 nah not natural or unnatural but learned or a trait of some spectrum disorder perhaps... I say this as someone who from childhood to adulthood despised smiling with my teeth and then started doing so in adult years more and more and learned to like it... as a kid some family members teased me with my smile (I was trying to replicate cartoons and make my top and bottom teeth align perfectly when smiling) and took it to mean I had an ugly toothy smile so stopped doing so for a looong time.
Welcome to the Great Eight Club!
Call that a smile? Show your pearly whites.
Every man I met with closed-mouth smiles had horrid teeth. Ugh. Can't imagine kissing that.
As I said above... it just feels and looks unnatural to "grin" for a picture, for me personally. If I'm laughing or grinning in a conversation, fine, but not in a pose. It's just fake. Again, for me personally.
Get over it. Tell a joke and laugh for the camera.
Better yet, turn your back to the camera, whirl around and grin. It always makes me laugh. That's what I did with these photos. See how it adds energy to the shot?
@LiterateHiker Not so easy when the camera is in your hand
Then hand your camera to a friend.
@LiterateHiker Enjoy the updated pictures...
