1. If Juliani testifies against Trump, Juliani will go to jail. Trump is a teflon president. He will be re-elected in 2020.
2. This whole impeachment outcry has been going around since 2016 and people are tired of it.
3. Impeachment was pitched too early before gathering solid evidence and not selling to people strongly with a big bang. A protracted impeachment news is wearing out voters especially in the independents and moderates.
4. It gave ample time to the Republican machine to reframe the Democrats efforts as a witch hunt. They have succeeded in doing it.
5. Look at the news and analysis today. The public support for pro and anti impeachment remains the same after 3 years of constant impeachment news.
6. People are asking why arn't both parties doing people's business? What are the fat paychecks for?

Unless he feels threatened, he'll plead the the 5th..
