Beware!
Perhaps...
But grey hair is the number one cause of suicide in women who can't live with it.
What's your Preference?
Mine is by L'Oreal.
I used to do red...a Very hard color to maintain, but it suited me. But white roots require re-dye every 10 days or less, quality of hair was declining, bathroom was starting to need a redo, and lovely auburn on Tuesday looked like Ronald McDonald by Sunday. Blah
Yes! The white can show up orange, after colouring, and it needs very frequent upkeep.
Your hair colour now looks gorgeous on you.
A friend of mine, who's a statuesque and very youthful 60, decided she'd had enough and chose to go grey. I was obviously kidding about the suicide stats, but she admitted it led to depression for her. She didn't recognize herself after looking like she'd aged 20 years. She's now a platinum blonde and she looks fantastic.
Not sure what I'll do when I go very grey. I can't imagine looking good as a blonde!
@Athena go to a wig shop (we have a couple of cosmetics shops that have a big wig section in the back) with a friend or two, you will be surprised & inspired!
My understanding is that these dyes use ammonia which is really bad for people. It has been a long time since I smelled the stuff. I have asked women who have different colored hair how they did what they did to their hair and one said Koolaid. I would think that would be safe.
I'm pretty sure she was kidding.
I think you can make statistics showing that apple pie will kill you........this study only covered a Year???!
