There’s always gotta be that one Christian that thinks they’ve caught you in a lie about your lack of belief.

Pure stupidity!!!
Common sense and intelligence is being eradicated from our culture faster than trump’s acquittal!!!
I am not about woo. Smudging does have positive affects on baceteria. So it does "cleanse" the air. This is scientifically proven. A onion sliced open also acts like a bacterial magnet. So it "cleanses" the air also. Sometimes there is something to folk lore. The thing is to study claims and see if there is something scienticif that can be proven to be true. No spirits or gods needed.
Wait, I'm not sure if I understand...
Smoke attracts ghosts , who then "eat" the negative ions in the smoke and chill out?
Somebody who realized there's no god is still clinging to the supernatural, using pseudoscience as their support?
Do they also say stuff like, "people are 75% water so, like the tides, are affected by the moon?"
I knew a guy who went apeshit if someone farted near him, he thought that he was being invaded by evil spirits if he smelled it...
I don't know what to say to folks that make such ridiculous assertions and expect compliance other than show me your proof or some evidence that's been reviewed and approved by better scientific minds than mine.
Just admit it. You were busted. Do you and Anna go to church together?
@1EarthLovingGal I grew up Pentecostal. I would say that is an accurate assessment.
@1EarthLovingGal Just be happy it wasnt a revival. Those go on for what seemed like 10 hours!
But demons and ghosts are mentioned in the bible and it says nothing about them having energy. BTW, I do believe in the Holy Goat.
@1EarthLovingGal Really? I Samuel 28: 1-3 has Saul talking with Samuel's ghost. There are more but you can look them up. Religious people believed in ghosts and spirits and those who could talk with them. The bible has more than just "demons."
@1EarthLovingGal My religious training in the late 60's and early 70's took in the Finis Jennings Dake bible course and training. Dake is now dead but he was a radical Pentecostal of the time and he connected scripture to all his beliefs. He would dominate almost any biblical conversation and a few times I saw him do this on TV.
