I don't understand the rationale. What does a tax have to do with hoarding? And furthermore I wonder if Republicans are physically able to have an idea that is not evil.

Why did I bother to read this? I knew it would be dumb, and thier "reasons" would be made up bullshit, but read it I did. And I got this gem of insight: Hensley, explained. “I don’t know how you would limit the number of items someone could purchase.” ...fuck me that's insane.
