There were a LOT of religions thousands of years before the Jews even became a separate tribe with an identity. We know because we have archeological evidence. Even Neanderthals had some form of religion, we can tell from their graves. They died off about 20 to 40 thousand years ago. They weren’t even human, they evolved independently of humans from our common ancestor homo erectus.
You might consider reading something not approved by your church, so you don’t sound like a dumb ass in public.

@Willow_Wisp ... this sex thing seems to be confusing, is it not jus an extension of emotional love, some love art or nature or beauty , a person or a hope dream, perhaps one does need the hormones, yet can not love for the sake of love be satisfaction enough? @MikeSmith I don’t know, love is as rare as unicorn horns in my life. I love my kids, but they’re busy as I was busy living, if I called home once a year I’d be surprised. They’re like me, if something happens to me they’ll be sad and guilty because it’s their nature. I explained that to them and gave them my blessing to follow their heart. Everything else is complicated and not wort any effort. Honestly I’m kind of done. My bucket list is all checked off. I’m mostly hanging out to see Trump defeated, it’ll give me peace in my last moments.
