That was brilliant! Seems the southern gop states are again appropriating the democrat style, sort of like back in the late 1800s thru to the early 1960's. During that time frame the GOP was the party of Lincoln, freed the slaves, believed government had a role to play in helping level the playing field, building infrastructure,etc. - what we today think of as the good guys. While the democrats were the party of slavery and kept the south a one party system through voter suppression and Jim Crow laws.
This is what happens when one group's only ideology is to destroy the other side at all costs. A rose by any other name will smell the same. When at all costs means you are willing to give up ethics, when lying and gaslighting is the only way you know to get elected violence will follow. I am not at all surprised to see the moral flip flop of the gop and the dems. It sooooooooooo been done before
