Yes, Week 6 of Non-smoking has now gone by and still not smoking or even craving one of those nasty smelly things.
Just wish we'd get a day or two of decent sunshine around here rather than the overcast-threatening to rain weather, because I'm in the mood for going on a walk or 2 these days.
Well Done. I quit in 1998 and never turned back. I couldn't stand the smell of anyone else smoking after that. It had that nauseating feeling and gave me a headache. It's a cleaner and healthier approach to life. Stay strong!
keep er goin good job and the fact that u see them as nasty, will be the reason ur done
ill be 12 years cold turkey in a few months i despise that nasty cig smell, i roll up my window as soon as i smell it
everyday when i sit outside to get sun, i enjoy the deep pure inhale of fresh air
Well it's bloody hot here, & fire risk is going up by the minute! I'd rather be cold.
Hooray for you! You can do it! I quit in 2000, and my life has improved so much. I bet you're liking how food tastes again, and how much better you can breathe. Plus, cigarettes stink up everything, and are very expensive. Save up the money you would have spent on those things, and treat yourself to a nice vacation.
well said and consider this, he could even reward himself now and just remind himself of the fact, he quit!
Good for you!
Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for your health.
And I'm loving having all that extra money left over from the Pension each fortnight AFTER paying Bills and for the fortnightly groceries as well.
