I am autoimmune, and was hospitalized the night after the 2nd dose (moderna) with moderate myositis. My mother is autoimmune, has high BP and blacked out in the 15 min window (moderna) during a spike. We both have underlying conditions. We're both fine. We both would glady do it again to live through this pandemic.

I wouldn't call mine an adverse reaction, just a very strong one. I had a fever of 101, body aches, and was extremely weak for 2.5 days, to the point where I could barely get out of bed. My doctor said it was fine, as my immune system was working. Women seem to have stronger reactions than men. I had Moderna.

I had Pfizer, I had covid previously, so I was a little leary of the side effects. I did panic when I had covid like early symptoms, but after 48 hours I was good. It was not the worst reaction to a vaccine I have had, but it was no where near what covid had done to me. It was more scary than anything else.

I had a 24 hour flu like symptoms after the second one: fever, chills, body ache and tired all day. My ex has a weekend of flu like symptoms after the first one and a day or two after the second, but went to work each day anyway. We both had Moderna.

Same with me, just nominal aside effects for both injections. The only person I know who had harsh side effects is my sister, who is severely immunocompromised. Still, she and her doctor felt it critical that she get vaccinated.

Given the politicization of vaccination, one should give zero credence to any information that doesn't come directly from a genuinely authoritative source.

My reaction to the second jab was to feel fatigue and chills for 3 hours the next day. After a 3 hour nap, all better.

No reaction at all..... Have both and will get third if available

I think that talking of this sparks MORE fear. Only by looking at the official figures agreed by the government and scientists will you be able to judge your chances of getting an adverse reaction. What you do not know [ and probably never will] are the special circumstances that exist in some people that give them adverse reactions. The adverse, reactions like the virus itself, will I am afraid have to be lived with. Avoiding vaccination does not remove the chances of you getting the virus.

You realize our reports are also totally not random. But here's mine, anyway the side effects really do happen, not completely rarely, either, but not for most people. I work in a clinic. I am in outpatient psych, but we have various medical departments as well. I hear from patients and coworkers alike about their vaccine experienes. I had Pfizer, no reaction either time, other than mild injection site soreness for a day ditto my son's mother. My son, all of 18 years old, had mild flu symptoms for half a day, just after the second shot. The worst reaction I heard of was a man with a serious, complex health condition with history of stroke, neurologic vascular problems, and a heart condition, who suffered an attrial fib reaction that took him to the ER after both shots. And he said flatly he has no regrets getting the vaccine, because his reaction showed him how much more deadly the actual virus would almost certainly be for him.

I had Moderna... the first time I was tired for a couple of days... the second time no reaction.

I had Moderna and I had a sore arm after the first jab. I was advised to massage my arm on the inoculation site and had hardly any reaction to the second shot. I have at least 16 friends that I know received the vaccination and none of them reported any real adverse reactions. About half got Pfizer and half got Moderns.

I felt a little crappy for a few hours, but it really wasn’t a big deal.

Did they post any valid research to support that number?

My ass was whooped after the second Moderna shot. Fever, extreme fatigue. It wasn’t fun.

No one in my family me, ex partner,both sons and grandson had any reaction

My wife and I know NO ONE who has had a reaction to the COVID vaccination.

I had my third Moderna jab last Friday, without symptoms.

My boys got Pfizer and no reactions whatsoever. I got Moderna, no reaction. My ex had some minor issues after second shot of moderna but now she’s blaming it on menopause…not sure

AZ, not even a sore injection site either times.

I had the AZ, the first time I got a raging fever that lasted about four hours at its peak, the second time nothing.

My wife and I have had both jabs (Moderna) months ago and we've had no negative consequences at all apart from a little needle in the arm soreness at the time of the shot.

Have had both shots (Pfizer). The aftermath was remarkably uneventful.
