You know what?
I'm going to keep wearing a mask when I'm in public.
I don't trust people to do the right thing.
Never really have, but now that is absolutely solidified for me.
To be honest, I will probably wear a mask in public for the rest of my life.
I never want people to breathe on me again.
Can't wait for the first moron to say something to me about it.
I'll let y'all know if I need bail .
I wear one in public intermittently. It depends on where i am going and who the other people I expect to encounter. I will continue to wear one at the airport, but once we are airborne, probably not. At the VA, you bet your ass. If I have to go to Walmart, oh Hell yes. The garden store, not so much. The casinos, it has been touch and go. 3 shots and two cases of covid, so one more shot in a month or two.
I always thought that mask wearing in public, which is commonplace in much of Asia, was a good idea, even before Covid. There are a lot more nasty diseases out there, plus pollution particulates and other stuff like pollen.
Besides which, I have a big nose, and it helps to keep it warm in winter and out of the sun in summer.
Hospital workers will never be without one in the near future . It has been 2 plus years , 14-16 hrs a night , no choice , regardless what department .
I don’t think I have any face left .
And when out and about , I wear a simple mask too . I wish it was over . I don’t think it is .
Bail money , no worries pls ♥️
For a long time I was pretty good about wearing a mask out in public even after I was vaccinated and got my booster shot as well. Just a few months ago I'd say maybe 70% of people were wearing masks when I went out to stores but over the past couple of months it quickly dwindled to maybe 20% of people now wearing masks.
So, I stopped wearing a mask in public a few weeks ago. I still avoid large gatherings of people but I feel safe enough going maskless at the grocery store. I don't want to wear a mask forever. I still have quite a few disposable masks that I keep in my car and if some business insists that customers wear a mask then I'm fine with putting one on. But nearly two years of wearing a mask everywhere is enough for me.
Hope you stay healthy. Sincerely.
I don't trust anyone, and the thing I'm sick of is the constant whining about "covid fatigue".
I don't believe covid will ever go away.
There will be no herd immunity, because too many people have flatly refused to accept reality.
🥰I will continue to wear a mask when I go shopping. Never cared what folks thought and it's too late to care now.
I will pay that bail, hoping you will step up in my similar time of need!!!!
I'm still avoiding indoor restaurants and concerts. I've got plenty of outdoor spaces that offer food and music. If there is something I can't get out of, as far as a crowded indoor gathering, I'll be wearing a mask when appropriate for a while yet.
Especially on planes -- even though the mask mandate sounds like it's going away soon, I'm sure many of us will still wear masks. It just makes sense to protect ourselves even if there are others who wish not to take precautions.
I'm vaxxed to the max and so I'm not afraid, but just wishing to avoid any more spread of this virus, because I care about others' health as much as my own.
I'm vaxed to the max.
Two vaccines and two boosters.
Too many anti-vax people.
Hate the way they act.
I still wear a mask in public.
Due to jerks who refused before.
I don't feel safe without it.
I feel resolute and more.
Republicans call it liberty.
I call it public good.
Watched them flout the rules.
They don't do what they should.
I always carry a mask with me and I will wear it when I'm asked. That means if there's a sign on the door, or if it's a medical facility.
I will likely wear a mask in public for a long time yet, unless I'm around people who know the science and I know are vaccinated. I just don't trust other people. Call me if you need bail. I'll get a "go fund me" going on FB.
