It's a fictitious comic strip by Peter Griffin from the TV show Family Guy. Peter is obviously an idiot but it was successful amongst cartoon misogynists, which unfortunately was a large demographic. Kind of a comix take off on The Producers, "Springtime for Hitler" it became a hit. You know people were going to get upset when you posted this.
