If he was going to be indicted before announcing candidacy then I'd have expected it today. Instead, POTUS Joe said he's looking forward to watching him and Death Santis battle it out. That suggests, to me, that he's truly not in the DOJ loop or 45 is not being indicted at all. I think he's the weaker candidate so this could work out but not for the nation.

Cheato will run even if indicted. Especially if indicted!
