Yes, I am glad I had all my shots last month. I'm currently visiting family in Washington State and everyone in the house is sick sick sick, and I'm the only healthy person in the house at the moment.

I fly back home tomorrow, so I figure it will be a miracle of science if I don't end up sick within a few days of my return home. The family members I'm visiting had appointments last week after I arrived to get their covid boosters, but they were too sick to go.

Seems like a flu of some sort - so I hope I got the right shot to protect myself, otherwise it will be me coughing and wretching in a few days.

We're not sure what they have, whether a flu or covid that isn't showing up on a test yet. Family of 4 all sick - and then there's me - healthy so far anyway - with my flu, covid and pneumonia shots up to date. Crossing my fingers I stay healthy all the way home.

I don't often do shots, but perhaps for some holiday cheer I will.

I am sure not enough people have them... That being said, I will have mine in the near future.
