Page 1 of a Deepak Chopra book, and right from the start it's almost entirely nonsense.
The first spiritual law of success is the Law of The Pure Potentiality. This law is based on the fact that we are, in our essential state, pure consciousness. Pure consciousness is pure potentiality; it is the field of all possibilities and infinite creativity. Pure consciousness is our spiritual essence. Being infinite and unbounded, it is also pure joy. Other attributes of consciousness are pure knowledge, infinite silence, perfect balance, invincibility, simplicity, and bliss. This is our essential nature. Our essential nature is one of pure potentiality.
I find there is something to learn from such great men like Dawkins, Daili Lama and Deepak. There are are also plenty of thing I can desagree with. So listen to them, just don't follow anyone, more than yourself.
That is a matter of perspective
The Dali Lama and Chapra are 1 and 2 most popular spiritual leaders in the world. More people say they are spiritual sided rather than say they are Religious. Dawkins may be the champion of atheist, although spiritual books and education out number science 3 to 1. So most of disagree with the ethics of Religion, which is progress.
I have no time for the deranged ramblings of Deepak Chopra.
Deepak Chopra has enriched himself by trading on the credulity of people.
Deepak Chopra refers to a "shift in consciousness" however, in the following interview he certainly appears very shifty. After watching video I think that Deepak Chopra has much in common with Humpty Dumpty who declared that a word meant whatever he wanted it to mean.
Clinton said did it first it IS: "Contending his statement that "there's nothing going on between us" had been truthful because he had no ongoing relationship with Lewinsky at the time he was questioned, Clinton said, "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the—if he—if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not—that is one thing."
Yup, it's a bunch of gobbledygook. Making money is the objective.
That guy can use more words and say absolutely Nothing, perhaps more than anyone on the planet. Bleh!
I'm not sure there even is a spiritual law of success.
Reach for the stars and bring back what you can, back to earth. Works for me mediphorcally.
What NASA looks for in an astroaunt most, is how well is his consciousness is.
