The buyer had until today to back out of the contract to buy the huge 6000 sq. ft. money pit that has been draining me dry for the past 17 years. He did not back out.

My mother found an independent living community on the edge of a major university. She will have access to all the university facilities, plus access to their own pool, health club, yoga classes, bus trips, cruises etc. They will cook for her, clean for her, and provide IT support for her.
