I read this article and I can't even believe a mother could do that to her own child, she's a monster. Hope she rots in prison!

There's nothing anyone can do to this woman that will bring that innocent child back to life. I can't imagine the horror that poor baby felt.

I've read of this a few different times now. It is very hard for me to believe this story. If it is true then we have a seriously demented mother who should be dealt with.

The family was aware of her health struggles and mental illness. Knowing she was caring for a young child, would it not have been reasonable to check-in on a regular basis to ensure all was well? A call every two or three days would have alerted them that something was not right and maybe would have saved that child's life.

I don't think she will fare well in prison. Not after the others find out what she did.

My heart breaks for the young life lost in such a horrendous way.

Terrible, just terrible.
