An incredible concept .( called SpinLaunch) Creating a vacuum inside the structure enables the rocket to achieve high velocity ,an incredible velocity of 5 thousand miles per hour due to 0 air resistance,before it is launched . Prototype has been built and worked as planed . A larger one will be built in the near future . This is highly desirable way to launch spacecraft due to the fact that rockets are mostly fuel by weight this eliminates any fuel.

I will be happy if it works, but at this time am skeptical. I can’t come up with a release mechanism that will stop the rotation of the payload. But then, no one is paying me to work on it.
