The feelings are overwhelming and can be quite scary. They are temporary, talking it out with someone you trust will help to put them in perspective.

I learned long ago that the problem was in me worrying about things I can't control. The solution was pretty simple just stop trying to control the uncontrollable and worry about the things you can control. The rest will always work out in the end somehow sometimes for the better and other times not so much but life is about balance and nobody wins in the end we all die sooner or later just try to enjoy the little things while you still can...

Speak to someone, or several people, writing to us here is a good start, but not enough.

Please take it seriously and tell someone.
May I suggest that Every state has a line where you can chat anonymously with trained people who will understand and advise you appropriately, usually a 211 or 411 line.
And IMO you posted here because it upset you, so reach out!!!!!

That feeling has been correlated with attempting suicide. Get medical attention. You may have a serotonin/receptor imbalance. Sometimes this can be helped by the supplements methyl folate or 5-HTP. In a state that allows hemp, try chewing a hemp flower. It won't get you high, but may make you feel better.
