I think he's been eating too much survival food. His giddiness and false exuberance in trying to hide his ignorance, prejudice, and homophobia is bordering on insanity. Next he'll be saying things like: "It's funny because it's true,"

@Captnfeelgood The video isn't funny, He isn't funny. Just a xenophobic, homophobic witling trying to overhype a story with false exuberance to hide his insecurities.
He probably thinks the "Proud Boys", who were involved in the insurrection in which people died, were also "Good Ol Boys".
"Twinkle-toes" should come over and shit in his mouth, a nice postprandial dessert after eating his survival food.
