How childishly naive. So, you recognize DANGER (which is the possibility of harm or death) approaching but, instead of fortifying against it, you wait until it affects you and possibly others before you assess whether to act.

That sounds like the idiots who "ride out" the major storms. We'll read about you in the Darwin Awards.
