Nice post thanks for sharing, Its like you learn my thoughts! You seem to understand a lot approximately this, like you wrote the ebook in it or something.

If that is the case then:

It's Joshua Not Jesus
Slavery was OK, because it was a long time ago
It make Sense when You have no evidence
So tell me What is the Context???
Then What is it that be CAN be known?
Of course I'm reading it wrong, because we don't have any originals and even if we did I don't read Greek, Aremaic or Hebrew.
What's the Metaphor for withering a Fig Tree for Not Bearing Fruit out of Season (I know what it represents, but do you?)
Can you Prove it DID happen when YOU weren't there?

I guess if your an Athiest..the time for discussion, debate, or argument is over. We don't need to explain or excuse ourselves.
Or endeavour to convert anyone. Everyone must find their own path. Their arguments or reasons, excuses or justifications for their belief is just irrelevant really in my opinion anyway.

And this is why you can’t win an argument with Christians.

You can’t win an arguement about someone’s faith if they truly believe in it. The best you can hope for is that you get them to think about your point of view.

God's ways are much higher than ours...so of course you can't understand it.
God Trumps All Arguments Against Him

It is impossible to win an argument against a hard core Christian.

No matter how absurd, impossible, ridiculous, inane, the Christian

position and no matter how scientific, reasonable, or even Biblical,

the Skeptic’s position, the Christian can always play the “God can do anything”

card and trump the Skeptics argument. With God all things are possible. You lose

My Skeptical friend.

I've heard them all, often from the same person.

You could keep that by the front door in case missionaries come calling. 😀

They really practice this wheel even though it never works.

This is good. Thanks. There's also "It's true because I believe it is true"

"It is not for us to know" hahaha I have heard that A LOT.
Like god played a game. He gave us a book full of weird things and we should find out what he really wants. Some parts of the bible are just there for decoration, not for us to know.
