Etsy has manual moderators. Maybe they might up their game & flag certain words so as to raise their alert status. Something is wrong here if this sludge is marketed.

Perhaps the buyers and sellers of this item should be investigated regarding their whereabouts on Wednesday. I'm glad Etsy closed down that shop and banned the sellers.
