I can foresee a serious disruption of #religulous views of history and evolution when a simple, effective age-dating system is marketed...
Right now the equipment costs is in the millions of dollar range. Labs won't even quote prices until you send specific details of what you want analized, how soon, etc.
Scientists....here's the challenge. Create a portable Radiometric age-dating tool, under a $million dollars. go.
