A local wildlife rehabber brought this sweet baby to work for an x-ray. A tree cutting service dropped the tree this squirrel's nest was in and he and his siblings fell quite a ways. This was the only one who sustained any real injuries--a leg badly broken in two places. Pinning the leg isn't really an option, so it's strict cage rest for now. He's young enough that there's a good chance he will heal on his own. If not, there's a possibility of amputation later on.
