She's a beautiful creature. I'll assume you know about the need to handle her regularly. Otherwise, they can be quite a handful when fully grown.
The folks in south Florida have learned that all too well, as Tegus are invasive there ! They are decimating native animals by consuming various eggs, and have munched on people's gardens, not exactly winning folks over. And yet, they are quite beautiful.
