Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Looks like a Pleurodontid snail, maybe Cuban brown snail. Pretty common in southern Florida, I remember them as a kid down there. Yes, introduced early 20th C, a voracious herbivore.
Definitely not Giant African snail, of which i've killed thousands here on Oahu.

This is in florida but I think its an invasive species.
@Blindbird it’s not the giant African land snail. Not confident enough with slugs and snails to attempt ID but I know it’s not a GALS
