Believe it or not - our 100 lb Shepherd would sit patiently and wait till the smallest of the cats (definitely the alpha one, tho) would get her fill of his tasty food and then walk away before he would eat his dinner. That dog was a saint....so sweet even the outside cat would "walk" with us to the mailbox - they were "besties"....
I would not be late for food time as I might get to be lunch or dinner.
One or two of my cats will steal the dog's DRY food. Mostly Obie does not care.
ok, but he was sniffing where he shouldn't have been.
Canned cat food... "pate'".... EVERYONE likes it. One cat in particular doesn't share.

Posted by LaurenI thought this was an accurate representation of how we feel every time we remember our last cat, which happens often when my daughter and I laugh over our current cat's antics.
