I got some new fitness results!
From being over 29% body fat and 225 lbs, I dropped down to 198.8 lbs (after eating) with 16.6% body fat, in about six weeks.
My goal is to get down to 185lbs, with no hip fat, arm fat, lower belly, pubic fat or pectoral fat (those are all of my visible fat composition, right there) from losing more fat and retained excess fluid. It's going to require a lot of conscious muscular contraction, vigorous transitions between lifts, much more workout adjustments and some lifestyle adjustments, but I'm ready!!
Congrats! That is great progress!
Yup. It's been difficult to balance gaining physical toughness, endurance, speed, focus, etc. all in one fitness regimen but I have 99% of the details worked out and I should expect the fastest progress possible without taking non-food workout supplements, like creatine monohydrate and nitric oxide.
Congratulations, impressive. How did you alter your diet?
I did many, many things to produce the nutrition portion of my fitness regimen, but I will sum it up:
All I did was read certified, logically plausible medical and fitness science.
I didn't bother with secondhand information from magazines, and I used physical refusal and avoidance to avoid junk food.
It wasn't hard, but it took time and study.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
