Weird workout this evening, in a hurry and I have a sore arm. Completely failed at bent over row due to the sote elbow. After loading the bar I had to unload and put it bad in the rack . Is there anything more shaming ?
DB row instead of BB? That sounds pretty painful. With workouts, especially as we get older, finding a way to work around injuries, aches and pains is a very useful skill. If you have a decently well equipped gym you should be able to find a similar movement to do until you heal up. I assume you have some kind of medical professional to diagnose and prescribe rehab exercises? Preferably one specializing in sports medicine. If I remember right are you a nurse or doctor? That should give you better access to someone who knows what they're doing. Hope it gets better! ☺

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.

Posted by tinebeanOver St Patrick's day weekend I participated in my first pickleball tournament & took 3rd place! All that practice was fun, an excellent cardio workout and won me a little bronze medal! ? Woo hoo!

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
