I've lost about 100lbs in a little under a year and a half. It all comes down to dieting. Healthy carbs, healthy sugars, drop soda and juice and alcohol, don't eat past 9pm. Lastly the worst for some people is working out, when it shouldn't be. There are a ton of workout DVDs out there. I used 21 day fix for awhile and it worked. It was real easy too she has weightless versions of each exercise and it comes with a dieting plan.
