Your lower body workout is covered pretty well...your core is also covered by doing most of those...I think it is a good overall workout...try it to see if you are challenged enough...if it is too easy, speak up...they seem to have you doing things that will cause any type of injury or strain.
I have to ask; what's up with your injuries? You've mentioned them in various comments and posts. Are you doing rehab? Getting therapy? How did these injuries happen? Whenever I work with someone I ask about injuries, aches and pains, etc. because without that information I really don't want to give an opinion on what exercises you should or shouldn't be doing.
@Josephine So you're doing therapy/rehab for both foot conditions? Injections? Surgery? Aren't you a nurse? How do your foot problems affect your job? Can you, or should you, do any kind of weightlifting exercise where you are generating force through your feet? How bad is your elbow? Any rehab for that? I'll wait to hear back from you but my first reaction is to get your feet healed up before having you do any leg press, squat, deadlift or any other exercise where you generate force through your feet. Don't know how well equipped your gym is but you could do leg extensions and curls, hip abduction and adduction and back extension. As for your elbow; have you figured out what upper body exercises you can do that don't bother your elbow too much? Since you're a medical professional I assume you're doing your physical therapy. Let me know what you think and tell me whatever else you think I should know. I hope I've been helpful.
@Josephine Ok, I guess this is what we have to work with but if I were you I would at least entertain the possibility of a different job, still in your current field, where you are on your feet less. Since you work in medicine I assume you know all your options with your foot problems? Seen a podiatrist? If you want you could tell me what kind of lower body exercise machines are at your gym. I mentioned a few in a previous comment.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
