I injured my right calf last night. Anyone know some cardio I can do without legs?

@Frctnal this is not true at all. I do cardio 4 times a week. I bike. I've been doing for over two years now. I had abdominal surgery in Feb of this year. I could not do cardio. After 12 wks, my heart rate was still low, and I hopped on my bike and did several miles in half an hour. No problem. Heal first.
@LilAtheistLady I wish I was the same. I got the flu last December and was dragging for weeks after.v
I think the pike leg lift can get your heart rate going without causing too much use of your calf's...
Depending on how much you can move, snatches and KB swings.
