I took a little more than 3 weeks off from exercise. I got back to it today, and towards the end of my workout, I felt like I was going to be sick. This always happens when I take a little break. Maybe Friday will be better.

So don't take such long breaks.

I needed it. I hadn't given myself more than a few days off for more than two years, and I had fairly painful bursitis in both elbows. My mistake was going at it like I hadn't taken 3 weeks off.

Happens every time! I can not figure out why!
