Doing the squats felt great, plus doing jup rope for recvery after each 10, 20, 30, 40 set felt really good! After the first ten I just left my jup rope in my bag, but my legs literally started to jump around, in a sort of boxer-style fashion. So I took out my ropes and started. If great I might move up to getting a set of the crossropes!
