OK, so...for the past ten days or so, I've been in travel from goregaon W. Bandra, Pune, Kolapur, Pune, Bandra back Goregaon W. Within that time, I have not been able have a good workout, ie jump rope/squats with walking. I have however been walking a lot (relatively), though it has been hard bc most of my family can't go for long distances due health issues. And since my return Goregaon W.,I've only had a couple of days go before my return Canada, so these few days I cannot exercise much either. Other than that, I feel great!
So, I will do a report on my squats...I found out that after 2 weeks of just doing 100 squats per day (well, honestly I took a day off per week due to tiredness) my thighs became slightly more defined when I flexed them. I could notice a very slight curve in my inner thighs. To those who seriously work out their legs, do you see this after squats/lifting exercises?
My plan is to continue the 100 squat challenge up until Feb 1. I will be able to take good measurements back in Canada upon arrival for before and after...
I do squats every morning ... Great exercise for the legs and butt .... You need to go really low for the butt haha
The only problem with doing deep squats is that you have to be very flexible, because there is a sticking point when you squat because some have tight hamstrings...it's called in lifting circles the 'butt wink', where as one goes deeper there is a pelvic motion (you can visibly see it curve downwards as the person dips). You can see it on many people when they do squats, either male or female.
@VineetHonkan practice makes perfect
I practice a lot! though I use weights whenever I can...

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
