I haven't played pickleball since high school. That's like a blast.
So much fun! Except when it's windy. Then it's just frustrating lol
3 hours is a looooong workout
I'm a glutton for punishment! I honestly could never do a gym workout that long on my own, but playing a raquet sport keeps me really engaged. It never feels like hours have passed
I use collagen. I know studies show mixed results on joint health, but I never have joint issues.
Collagen is good for the skin too right? Thanks I'll look in to that!
@tinebean skin, hair, joints. I make my own pre-workout with that and some other stuff.
@Flexymorals right on! This group would be a fantastic place to share your recipe (if you want to)
@tinebean I can do that. It sounds disgusting but it’s not bad. Or maybe I’m just used to it.
Lmao I love the meme... What's pickleball?
It's like tennis but easier (luckily for me) LoL

Posted by Aeonia25850I hate to say it, but this does happen. Especially around new years!
Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.

Posted by StevilThe Friday before St Patrick's day I ran in the Irish Soles 5k.
Posted by tinebeanOver St Patrick's day weekend I participated in my first pickleball tournament & took 3rd place! All that practice was fun, an excellent cardio workout and won me a little bronze medal! ? Woo hoo!

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
