Anyone else fluctuate a ton in weight? I had a dr appt on Wednesday and was 207. Today my scale here says 192. Even if mine isn’t as accurate as the doc’s, it can’t be 15lbs off...
After going to Atlanta for 5 weeks, being stressed, eating crap food & not exercising I was expecting a disappointing number on the scale when I got home & back to the gym, but it didn't change. I was relieved and shocked at the same time. I still felt crappy though and am much happier after I got back to my usual routine.
Nope, my weight is pretty consistent at 217. I'd like to be closer to 200 even, but, um, food & drink, yeah. That gets in the way. LOL!
@FlippantLlama You think I'm cuddly? =P =]
@FlippantLlama LOL!

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
