Memorial Day workout at my gym in Philadelphia:
Hill run
200 lunges, 100 per leg
80 kettlebell high pulls, bell must touch ground each rep
60 walking kettlebell windmills
40 partner banded squat/row
20 burpees
Hill run
The hill run in a little over 1/2 mile. Going out, the last 1?4 miles slopes steeply downward. Weighted vest optional, though I don't do so. This is the first time I have done a hill run, let alone 2, since I tore my quadriceps tendon last June.

That is a tough one! Anything with burpees makes me cringe...
This is really great considering less than a year ago, I remember you had torn your quads...great recovery, but you put in the work!
Congrats!
Thank you. It was tough.......

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
