Anyone do P90/P90x? -If so, what do you think of it? Been trying to find solid workout regiment. I have just a list of exercises to do but wondering if it helps to have more structure.
Also wondering your thoughts- working out at home vs working out at the gym.
I see the pros and cons to both really. Gym has more equipment I don't want to buy either. I'd say most offer a trainer buuut unfortunately the one I'm a part of just stopped that program.
I'd need a spotter for the free weights too. And universal machines can be OK but don't work on balancing muscles, more oppurtunity for injury too.
I don't know what that is... I keep it simple... A long run in the morning, then breakfast, then an hour of calisthenics... Later, an hour or so of swimming... I'll be getting back to this routine soon.. I took nine months off...
wish I had the time for that, haha
@Rooster128 I wake up at 4 a.m.... Plenty of time
@Cutiebeauty I guess I'm not a true workout warrior haha. What time do you go to sleep?
@Rooster128 between 8 and 10 pm depending if I take a nap during the day...

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.
