The 81-year-old Bodybuilder Who Inspires Others To Get Fit
YES! YES! YES! I don't know how often I've tried to get people in the weightroom and they're too old, this joint isn't working, there's no time, they don't want to get too big, or there's some other excuse keeping them from taking care of themselves. Thank you so very much for this post! Plus it's about bodybuilding too...
Awesome. I saw someone share a video on FB not too long ago with a guy who walked into a gym who was clearly in his late 70s or early 80s. He was wearing very bulky clothing and walked slowly and somewhat stooped over. I think he made like he was going to do some bench or something and the gym rats started giving him a hard time. He rips his sweatshirt off and he's this super buff guy who proceeds to do all kinds of impressive lifts and some gymnastics. Totally shuts the riffraff down. LOL! If there's no other evidence for the value of exercise, this is more than enough. Thanks for sharing.

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
