I just watched Chuck Norris' Total Gym informercial. He looks great at 79. I have to keep at it
I've been using the Total gym since the late 90's, and and before Chuck bought the rights to the title! (mine's a 1985 West Bend model....cables have been replaced - twice!) I've bought....then sold...many pieces of workout equipment...but there's one I swear by...did you know that the Total Gym is one of the best-selling infomercial products of all time?
I'm 74; and I give a lot of credit to my T.G.
Perhaps you can do an informercial for them as an actual customer
@Unity If someone emailed me and made me an offer I couldn't refuse - I might consider it!

Posted by Aeonia25850I hate to say it, but this does happen. Especially around new years!
Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.
