This is my progress on my glutes. It has been 3 weeks since the photo on the left. On the right is from today. I didn't notice I wore the same clothing until I made the collage comparison picture. A lady at the gym said it took her 3 years to get that nice tight ass. I have been doing glute and leg workouts since December of last year. Well, more leg workouts. It still worked out the upper part of my glutes, just less on the bottom part. I've been doing lunges at home on the days I am not sore or when I'm not feeling sick. I did the stair stepper for 8 minutes, I chose the slow mode. Tomorrow and on Monday my muscles will ache. No pain, no gain!
IMHO-There is no progress from 3 weeks ago.
