Hey Group, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Striking Coach, so if anyone wants any recommendations for high intensity workouts, cardiboxing programs, running or body weight calaesthetic. I love reachering nutritional questions as well. Helps to keep my chemistry knowledge up. Let me know. I need to take the rust off of my skill set. I'm making pennies doing something else right now and I'd like to keep my self fresh. Have a great workout!
I've been trying to get my glutes into shape. So far it has been a slow process.
Have you tried single leg hip thrust? I recommend using a Swiss ball to maximize activating your stabilizers. They will increase your gluteus minimus and gluteus maximus as well as your abductors and adductors. Let me if I can recommend any others.
@Fibonacci1618 Okay. I'm also doing squats.
@Sarahroo29 I figured as much. You seem to have a sense of resourcefulness.
@Fibonacci1618 The gym instructors help me out.
