Fellow workout warriors, what to do when your lame?? Last Monday working at the Habitat for Humanity thrift store. I was helping to build displays and shelves, a piece of 3/4 inch plywood on the table saw kicked back, and the corner caught me on the right quad. Had a serious pop knot on the front of my leg, and it hurt a bunch. Limp around all week. Had to go to Tampa. Thursday and Friday. Went to run last night before it rained and this morning the Back of my leg is black and yellow like a giant bruise. I"m thinking the damaged muscles started bleeding and as I slept, gravity sucked the blood down to the back of my leg. If I get bored sitting on my ass I'll try and take a picture, to show off what a dumb ass I am any ideas how I can get at least some cardio in without my legs??
