Very impressive! You're inspiring me to go back to the actual gym.
You should. I'm going for 2 hrs tomorrow. The pre-workout messed my stomach up. So I stopped using it. I don't have stomach aches anymore.
Okay, I keep seeing references to your stomach problem.
I think there is a strong warrant to investigate whether your GERD is due to nutrition, and you should see a doctor about that. Maybe he or she can give you a blood test for your different nutrient levels.
I say this because if you don't eat a plentiful and wide variety of dairy/vitamins while eating alkaline foods, then you are going to get the same symptoms as GERD because of a lack of homeostasis.
Oh, okay. I do use a pre-workout daily. Hmmm...
I'm seeing a specialist soon.
I'll stop it for 1 week to see if that is the issue. Thanks.
What is alkaline?
After I use my pre-workout, I feel sick. I'll discontinue it immediately.
Hello?
It's not, it's actually right out of the science book "The Brain Diet" by Alan C. Logan. I own a copy of the book, and have tried the alkaline diet as well, with amazing results.
Basically, you're coming from the perspective that chemistry cannot rule over bodily processes, and this is foolish because all of medical science is ultimately rooted in chemistry.
@Sarahroo
Yeah, I don't think this has anything to do with your pre-workout. Pre-workouts are fitness supplements and unless you have an allergy or some genetic condition that precludes you from taking certain compounds in them, you should be fine, especially if it is something very good and effective, with caffeine/NO3/creatine phosphate.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
