I thought I posted this once already, but I will try again. There was a question by one member about accountability partners. I thought we could all share the responsibility of holding each other accountable by sharing our workouts each day. I was supposed to do a half hour strength training with my personal trainer and then an hour of yoga but he was sick today. So instead I will do a half hour bike ride and 3 mile run tonight. I will post garmin results later.

Here was my ride. Went a lot longer on the ride because a friend needed to get 20 so I skipped the run.

Check out my cycling activity on Garmin Connect. #beatyesterday

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.
