What's your current percentage? Dropping it too low can impair the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.

9%, and I aware, thank you. I was doing the keto diet and high natrual protein because I was thinking about doing a triathlon. But now I'm at 12% and mostly running, and time to time cycling, and I'm back to a 20%-30%-50% diet (Carb-Fat-Natrual Protein) with more body weight strength training.
