I'm really struggling with my fittness currently. I lack motivation and energy. Not feeling the joy at the moment. Its been a difficult year and I'm struggling. I need to do something positive for myself but at the moment I feel tired withdrawn and sad. Not sure how to get out of this slump. Tired of putting on a good show.
Music is a huge way to redirect your energy. Maybe consider changing the music you listen to. During my Group Fitness Trainer certification I learned just how much changing the inverals of the music style could increase your internal adrenal system. My little suggestion.
Same. I just keep going. That's better than being a slug. A light workout is better than no workout.
Sometimes the biggest obstacles to making physical progress are emotional issues. I know I do a lot worse physically when there's too much drama in my life. Do you have a handle on the emotional stuff? Improving one can improve the other. Hope I've helped.
