I’m definitely not a ‘warrior’ but I’ve been going through exercise phases since my mid-40s. For a while, I’d work out during the summer (I’m a teacher), and then taper off and eventually quit (hit the wall) during the school year. I’ve been working out 4 times a week for a couple of years now.
I used to belong to a gym and used weights, but I kept messing up my back and joints. Now I work out at home. My home gym is a doorway pull up bar, a set of suspension straps, and a rebounder. I also have an ab wheel. I do alternating push and pull days. When I started, I couldn’t do a single pull up. Now I can do a first set of 12 and sometimes 13.

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.
