I use the poem by Dylan Thomas "Do not go gentle into that good night, old age should rage against the dying of the light" I will be 68 this July and use bodyweight routines, Kettlebells and yoga. I would like to be able to run but a torn meniscus has slowed me to walking. Since i work out alone i find it hard to push myself at times any mind games you guys/ ladies use to keep pushing?

I just an interval app that keeps me from cheating. It keeps track of my sets, repetitions, rest time and allocated time for my sets. If you'd like, I can send you link. Lmk, and keep pushing brother

There are many options online where you can follow along and get that extra push. Since you use kettlebells check out KB Fit Brit and Pat Flynn

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.
